The Cabin sits on 14 acres in the Lake Toxaway Community and is the ultimate in privacy.
Approx. 1/4 mile of the West Fork of the French Broad River runs through the property.
Virtually untouched fishing.
Cabin is totally renovated inside and out. Main level has a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath,
1/2 bath, kitchen/dining, living room with gas log fireplace & DirecTV, covered porch & screened-in porch.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. Small charcoal grill.
Wonderful covered picnic shelter with picnic tables, an older gas grill & adirondack chairs
overlooking the river.
Accommodates 6.
This secluded haven is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle.
High speed internet connection available.
No washer or dryer.

Bob Clouser has stayed at 4649 Silversteen Road several times.

policies & fees. Fly fishing is catch & release only. Guests staying at 4649 Silversteen
Road can fly fish unguided for $50 for a 1/2 day or $75 for a full day per person. All fishing
must be scheduled through Davidson River Outfitters, as only 4 anglers per day are allow on the

Transylvania County Occupancy Tax 4% (totaling 11.75%), a $100 - $150 departure cleaning fee, an Administrative Fee of $75 and a $500 Security Deposit.
