It is a fantastic setting for the bird watching enthusist.
There is an active bald eagle nest on the property.
The picture of the eagle was taken at Rice Hope. Avid walkers can take in the wildlife.
It is currently used as a Men's Hunting Club Lodge (no hunting allowed).
There are 250 acres of rice fields that are managed primarily for waterfowl.
(No 4 wheelers allowed.)
The main level features a bedroom with a double bed & a full bath
in the hall, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & a full bath, Bunk Room, Dining Room & Kitchen.
Upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed & a full bath. DIRECTV. Accommodates 8.
